Why Small-Group Dog Training Classes Get Better Results Than Private Lessons

When I decided to offer dog training classes at King K9 Academy, I had a choice to make: bring back private one-on-one lessons, or build something different.


I chose different. I went with small-group classes — three dogs maximum, on the farm, with me leading every session. Not because it was easier to run (it's not), but because after 20 years of training dogs professionally, I've seen what actually produces lasting results for owners. And more often than not, it's the group model — done right — that outperforms private lessons.
